If you are not 100% satisfied with your drilling, anchoring, or trenching attachment*, if it does not perform as we have stated and cannot make you happy, your money will be refunded. Our commitment is to provide products and services which will exceed your expectations. Our core strength and reason for our continuing success is you - our customer. Digga does not guarantee fitment to non-Digga manufactured products without prior consultation.
What Is The Money Back Guarantee? 

At Digga, we are committed to providing products and services which will exceed your expectations. If you consulted with a Digga sales representative to select your product and you have purchased a standard drilling or trenching attachment that doesn't work the way we stipulated it would and our team of expert support staff cannot solve the problem, you will be entitled to a refund.

Is It Available For Every Product? 

No. The money back guarantee only applies to the standard off-the-shelf range of planetary drilling, anchoring, and trenching attachments. It does not apply to accessories such as augers, chains, wear parts, spare parts, custom or non-standard products, or machine mounts.

What If I Provided The Wrong Specifications To Digga & The Attachment Does Not Work Or Fit? 

There is a reason why we work closely with our clients. It is to ensure the right attachment is sold to the right person. Our customer service teams are well trained and will use the information which you provide to help you make the right product choice. If your standard Digga attachment does not work because you misread our system specifications, or did not supply the right information to our customer service team, we can offer you a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All freight will have to be pre-paid.

How Does It Work? 

If within seven (7) days from receipt of your purchase of the attachment you experience technical problems or you cannot perform the function that was specified to our representative during the order process, contact our customer service and support team. They will do their best to help you resolve the issue and if at the end of their attempts your attachment is still not working and you cannot perform the function as was claimed it would, Digga will arrange for a refund of the original product purchase value. Freight costs are not included. Monies are not refunded until the product is returned to Digga and assessed to be in good working condition in line with the claim. The product must be returned, freight pre-paid within 7 days of acceptance of your claim. Goods will not be accepted back at the factory without written authority to return attached to the goods being returned. If the goods arrived without this, it will be returned to the sender at the senders cost.

When Will I get My Money Back? 

The time between Digga issuing a refund and you getting your money back can vary depending on the payment method and the time it takes you to return the product upon receipt of the products sent back to Digga and freight pre-paid;

  • If the product was paid for by cheque, a refund cheque will be issued
  • If the product was purchased on account, a credit to your account will be issued
  • If paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card
What If I Simply Change My Mind Or Lose the Job I Purchased The Product For? All I Want Is My Money Back! 

If our dedicated workers at Digga have met our obligations and supplied you on time with a quality, standard off-the-shelf product, we will accept the return of the product with a 15% restocking fee and all freight and charges must be pre-paid by the customer. This must occur within 14 days of the original purchase or we cannot accept the return. If the product has been used, it cannot be accepted for return.
